road trip!

Our little fam took a road trip to Iowa this past weekend! I shot a wedding of an old high school friend of mine... really nice Saturday, pictures were in downtown Des Moines, everything went great! It was fun to see some old friends and shoot a fun wedding! We stayed at Ryan and Lisa's new house (sooo nice!) and hung out with them all weekend.

On Sunday, I took some pictures of Mr. year-and-a-half Landon! He's so adorable.. such a fun, spunky little dude. Here are the highlights:

Oh, vacuums are his new thing these days (ba-cuuuum!) Such a stud.

Look at that cute dad of his. :) I love my brother, he's such a good dad to Lando. I love that we're parents together Ryan!

He laughs all the time.. I love it! It's crazy to think that Leyton will be this big someday!

We thought we'd try to get a couple of the cousins. It was crazy. They started out ok, Landon was a little confused why he had to hold a little baby up while he was sitting against the wall. He did well for a bit, then decided it was time to push him over. Way to go Landon. Here's the evidence. :)

And side note: Leyton does not like that car. What? Don't all babies like the car? Apparently not! But the trip was really good for him. He had to cry it out for a bit, realize he couldn't get out and he seems to be a lot better. He had such a sweet angel day for dad on Saturday. lucky man!
